1232014 This is the Minim House a 235 square foot cottage designed by Foundry Architects and Minim Homes. There are a variety of different floor plan configurations possible with an 8ʼ by 16ʼ house. Floor plans can be easily modified by our in-house designers. I was also able to incorporate many of the suggestions and have really landed on something I think should be pretty nice. The exterior of the house is modern and simple very sleek and with no overhangs. Now Ikea is getting on board by designing and decorating a tiny house through the Ikea Tiny Home Project.
The loft is open to the main living area.
